Customer photo review of Heritage Sideboard

Extremely disappointed! This item looks nothing like the photos or description online. The website claims “natural wood construction” with “unique grain and character,” yet what arrived is excessively shiny, feels like thick, cheap plastic, and has no visible natural wood grain. It also has an awful chemical smell. The quality is incredibly disappointing and feels completely misrepresented. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend! This also took months to get here, no tracking number or anything or updates unless hounded. They finally did when it was a weel out after what seems like months on end. BUYER BEWARE

FAQs

Is this item currently available, and when can I expect delivery?

Stock status and lead times depend on the individual product. Certain items are available for immediate processing, while handcrafted, customized, or internationally fulfilled products require additional preparation and production time.

Every order is finished, prepared, and inspected before shipment. For the most current availability and estimated delivery date, please send our customer support team the product link.

Can I return a product if it is not right for me?

Does the product require assembly?

Most furniture products arrive fully assembled or only require a small amount of setup. To reduce the risk of damage during shipping, components such as handles, legs, shelves, or other removable parts may be packaged separately.

These components are generally easy to attach, and instructions will be provided when assembly is required.

Lighting fixtures are shipped partially disassembled because of their size, weight, and delicate materials. Final assembly and installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Standard installation hardware and detailed instructions will be included with the fixture.

Why can wood furniture vary in color?

Natural wood varies in grain and tone, while lighting, sunlight, age, and screen settings can all affect how its color appears. These subtle variations are part of the natural character of real wood.
