Limited Warranty


At Avenrel, we take pride in creating furniture built to last—pieces crafted with skill, intention, and a respect for longevity. In a market filled with disposable products, our focus on durability benefits both our customers and the planet. This Limited Warranty provides coverage for Avenrel products against material and workmanship defects, beginning on the date of delivery, when items are used in a residential (non-commercial) environment.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The following types of damage fall outside the scope of this warranty:

  • Normal, expected wear over time

  • Accidental damage or misuse

  • Environmental events such as flooding, storms, or other natural disasters

  • Improper maintenance, cleaning, or storage

Many Avenrel items are handcrafted individually and incorporate natural materials such as reclaimed woods and recycled metals. Unique variations—including knots, grain movement, color differences, distressing, oxidation, or small splits—are natural characteristics and not considered defects.

Indoor Upholstery

(Not eligible for outdoor use)

Cushion Cores & Tailoring 1 year Covers seams, zippers, buttons. Natural cushion softening over time is not covered.
Motion Mechanisms 1 year Includes recliner, glider, swivel, sleeper, and powered components.
Fabric & Leather 1 year General product quality issues—such as loose stitching or visible threads—are covered within the warranty period. However, stains, signs of use, and normal wear and tear are not included under warranty coverage.

Indoor Furniture

(Not eligible for outdoor use)

Metal, Marble, Stone, Glass & Mirror Components 3 years Covers structural failure only. Does not include rust, tarnish, stains, abrasion, or impact damage.

Lighting

Integrated LED Lighting 1 year Not valid if modified, mishandled, or improperly installed. LED bulbs and holiday décor are excluded.

Outdoor Furniture

Avenrel outdoor pieces are designed to perform well outside, but regular care is essential. Always cover or store furniture when not in use, keep cushions dry, and clean surfaces before covering to prevent mildew.

Concrete/Stone Tabletops & Fire Tables 2 years Covers cracking or significant finish deterioration.
Outdoor Fabrics (Sunbrella, Inside Out, etc.) 1 year Covers standard performance issues under normal residential use.
Umbrellas 1 year Covers frame, tilt, crank, and canopy seams. Must be properly secured.
Umbrella Bases 1 year Covers structural breakage and peeling finishes.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If a covered defect is confirmed during the warranty period, Avenrel may choose one of the following remedies:

  • Repair the defective item

  • Replace it with a comparable product (exact matches may not always be available)

After the standard 30-day return window, Cash refunds are generally not provided under this warranty, except where required by law.
A proof of purchase is required for all claims.
Repaired or replaced items remain covered under the original warranty period.

LIMITATIONS & CONDITIONS

This Limited Warranty is:

  • Non-transferable

  • Valid only for products used in residential environments

  • Void if the item has been misused, improperly repaired, reupholstered by a non-Avenrel provider, or used commercially

The warranty does not cover:

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

  • Floor samples

  • custom artwork

  • One-of-a-kind pieces

  • Wallpaper, rugs, bedding, lighting, mirrors, wall art, decorative accessories, tabletop pieces, jewelry, or any product not explicitly listed in the warranty tables unless otherwise stated in their specific product warranty section.

This warranty represents the sole and exclusive remedy available.
All implied warranties—including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose—are disclaimed to the fullest extent allowed by law. Some states restrict limitations on incidental or consequential damages; in such cases, these exclusions may not apply.

By purchasing from Avenrel, the buyer acknowledges and accepts all terms outlined in this Limited Warranty.
