Shipping policy
At Avenrel, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience—from the craftsmanship behind our furniture and lighting to the safe arrival of your order.
Because many of our products are handcrafted or produced in limited batches, each order follows two clearly defined stages: Order Processing and Shipping Transit.
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
We work exclusively with trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure every shipment is handled carefully and delivered in good condition.
1. Shipping Coverage & Delivery Scope
Avenrel currently ships to the contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Free Standard Shipping (Curbside Delivery)
Complimentary standard shipping includes curbside or driveway delivery only, meaning delivery is made to a location where a truck can safely stop and unload the item.
Free shipping does not include:

Stair or elevator carry

Room-of-choice placement

Unpacking, assembly, or debris removal
If additional services are required, customers may select our optional White Glove Service at checkout or contact us for a quote.
2. How Shipping Works (Clear Timeline Overview)
Every Avenrel order is fulfilled through one of the following two scenarios, depending on product availability.
Scenario A: In-Stock Items Shipped from Our U.S. Warehouse

3. Shipping Origins
Depending on product availability, orders may ship from:

4. Delivery Appointments & Remote Locations
For large or freight shipments, carriers may contact you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other remote locations may require additional transit time and may incur carrier-imposed surcharges.

5. Delivery Estimates & Potential Delays
All delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

While we strive to maintain our estimated delivery times, there are occasionally external factors beyond our control that may impact your shipment. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding the following:

Customs Inspections: For international orders, shipments are subject to random customs inspections. These mandatory checks are conducted by government authorities and are entirely outside of our control. While these inspections are standard procedure, they may occasionally extend the transit time of your package.

Adverse Weather Conditions: Severe weather events—such as storms, hurricanes, or blizzards—can disrupt logistics networks and transportation routes. When these conditions occur, the safety of delivery personnel and the security of your items become our top priority, which may necessitate temporary delays.

Third-Party Logistics Disruptions: Unforeseen circumstances affecting our logistics and carrier partners may impact the movement of your package. This includes, but is not limited to, warehouse congestion (backlogs), labor strikes, or large-scale operational interruptions.

6. Expedited Shipping
Estimated Delivery & Expedited Shipping Option
For each order, we provide an estimated delivery timeframe based on the selected shipping method and destination.
For customers who require faster delivery, Avenrel offers an optional expedited shipping service. Expedited shipping fees are calculated based on the product’s shipping weight, with an additional charge of $6 per pound.
When expedited shipping is selected:
- Order processing time remains unchanged
- Shipping transit time is reduced
- Estimated delivery is within 7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier availability
Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to request expedited shipping or receive a customized expedited shipping quote.
7. Incorrect or Updated Shipping Information
Please review your shipping information carefully before checkout.
Avenrel is not responsible for:

Packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Carrier fees resulting from address corrections

Redelivery or return charges due to unsuccessful delivery attempts
If an address change is requested after processing has begun:

The change may not be possible

Carrier correction fees may apply
Such fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the error was caused by Avenrel.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package has not been received:

Carriers may occasionally scan packages as delivered before actual arrival

In most cases, delivery occurs within the next business day
If the package does not arrive, please:

Contact the carrier to initiate a trace

Notify Avenrel within 5 days of the delivery date
If a shipment is confirmed lost or damaged during transit, Avenrel will assist with replacement or resolution based on the carrier’s investigation results.
9. Undelivered or Returned Shipments
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect contact information, redelivery may be arranged.
Any additional transportation or handling fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
If the customer chooses not to reschedule delivery, the order will be handled in accordance with Avenrel’s Return & Refund Policy, and applicable return shipping fees may apply.
Customers must contact us within 30 days of a returned shipment to arrange redelivery or refund processing.
10. White Glove Service (Optional)
White Glove Service is an optional paid upgrade and may include:

Room-of-choice placement

Unpacking and debris removal
White Glove Service fees typically range from $300–$899, depending on item size, weight, delivery conditions, and third-party provider pricing.
The final fee will be displayed at checkout for most eligible items.
