  • Waste Management: We leave your home spotless by removing and responsibly recycling all packaging debris.

Please Note: This service excludes the mounting of wall decor, mirrors, or hardwired lighting. For hardwired fixtures, we can provide a referral to a licensed technician for a separate service fee.

Delivery, Assembly & Placement

On the scheduled day, the team brings your pieces into your home, assembles or installs them, places them where agreed, and clears away all packaging.

Final Walkthrough

Before leaving, the team will invite you to review the placement and basic function of your pieces, ensuring everything looks and feels right.

Requirements & Responsibilities

Dimensional Checks: It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that all ordered items can navigate through entryways, elevators, and corridors. We strongly recommend reviewing our [Measurement Guide] prior to checkout.

Workspace Preparation: Please ensure the path to the delivery room and the space itself are entirely free of existing furniture or obstructions. For liability reasons, our team is strictly prohibited from relocating your personal belongings.

Building Regulations: Should your residence require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or have restricted loading bay hours, please alert support@avenrel.com as soon as your order is placed.

Authorized Reception: A person aged 18 or older must be on-site to perform a visual inspection of the goods and provide a signature on the Delivery Receipt.
