Step 4. Production
Once the drawing and specifications are approved, production begins according to the confirmed details.
Step 5. Final Review
After production is complete, we conduct a final quality review and share photos of the finished piece before shipment.
Step 6. Shipping
Once the final review is complete, your piece is carefully packed and prepared for delivery.

Custom pieces are made to order based on your confirmed specifications.
Once production begins, custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
