Submitting the report within 48 hours also allows us to properly document the issue and file a claim with the shipping provider.

Yes. Replacement components can be supplied for many of our products. When the requested part is covered under the applicable warranty and the claim is approved, the part may be provided at no additional charge.

Shipping fees for replacement parts may still apply depending on the cause of the issue and the terms of the warranty.

For proper installation, safety, and warranty coverage, hardwired fixtures should always be installed by a qualified licensed electrician and must comply with local electrical regulations.

Many fixtures can be configured for sloped, vaulted, or angled ceiling applications. However, the standard configuration supplied with the product is designed for a flat ceiling.

For installations involving a non-flat ceiling, please add a note to your order and contact our customer support team before installation. We will verify whether the fixture is compatible and confirm whether special hardware, adjustments, or customization will be necessary.

Most furniture products arrive fully assembled or only require a small amount of setup. To reduce the risk of damage during shipping, components such as handles, legs, shelves, or other removable parts may be packaged separately.

These components are generally easy to attach, and instructions will be provided when assembly is required.

Lighting fixtures are shipped partially disassembled because of their size, weight, and delicate materials. Final assembly and installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. Standard installation hardware and detailed instructions will be included with the fixture.
